Job Description
">The role of a Member Service Representative involves assisting members with their financial needs, promoting our products, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include performing routine member transactions, maintaining a strong working knowledge of our products and services, and efficiently and accurately backing up tellers when needed.
Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in lending, teller, or call center roles with a financial institution preferred.
- Strong background in sales and excellent communication skills essential.
