What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waiter/Waitress position at Pelicana Chicken?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate waiter and/or waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a restaurant environment, enjoys working with customers, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, as well.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customers are of legal drinking age.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Capable of memorizing the food and drink menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous manner
*Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
