Job Description
At Pelico, our Tech Delivery Team bridges Customer Operations and Support with the rest of the company. We tackle bugs, support onboarding new customers, assist DevOps with product deployments, and ensure a smooth transition for clients adopting our SaaS platform.
As part of a small, dynamic team, your contributions will have a significant impact on how we optimize processes for Customer Operations, making client onboarding and data integration seamless.
What you'll do & learn📖
You will be an essential part of Pelico’s mission, using your business and technical expertise to help customers unlock insights and solve complex data challenges with our Data Intelligence Platform.
- Analyze and Interpret Data : Analyze customers ERP tables & datasets, and generate insights to guide customer decision-making.
- Build Data Pipelines : Create data pipelines to enable reliable data flow from customers’ ERP systems or data lakes to Pelico’s platform.
- Collaborate on Client Needs : Participate in meetings with clients to understand their data needs, provide insights, and foster strong, trust-based relationships.
- Enhance Customer Operations : Work closely with customer operations and external partners to gather feedback and maximize customer impact.
- Shape Data Culture and Best Practices : Help establish analytical best practices and play a role in cultivating a customer-driven culture within Pelico.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation : Stay updated on evolving technologies to keep Pelico’s practices at the cutting edge.
