**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or general office settings and possess strong organizational skills. This is a full-time position based in our office.
**Schedule:**
Monday-Thursday: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Fridays: Off
Saturdays: 8:45am-2:00pm
Sundays: 12:45pm-5:00pm
**Duties:**
- Work front lobby
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Check in patients, verify and input information, updates, copay, balances, etc.
- Scheduling for walk in patients
- Balance out money at the end of the day
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a medical office or general office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Knowledge of computerized systems for managing schedules and records
