Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible and accountable for the safe, timely, and accurate completion of the assigned warehouse and delivery work schedule.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Verify daily workload schedule and complete as indicated.
- Receive local incoming shipments of products and materials.
- Unload incoming trailers and load outbound trucks for product delivery.
- Verify the accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
- Daily interaction with carrier drivers.
- Operate electronic hardware/RF units to receive material into inventory.
- Able to drive equipment such as forklift/picker.
- Check assembly quality and adhere to corporate assembly standards.
- Communicate back ordered or damaged products on orders.
- Perform housekeeping functions as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to drive a forklift/picker.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Diplomacy in working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and communicate such facts.
- Ability to cross-reference material to documentation for verification.
- Ability to navigate in a Microsoft Windows environment, including finding files in a directory structure, opening/saving/closing files, opening multiple programs, and navigating between separate windows/files.
- Experience with warehouse management software and operating handheld electronic devices.
- Diplomacy in working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of previous work or volunteer experience.
