What You’ll Do :
- Drive Sales Success : Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive solutions that make Pella their go-to choice for window and door projects.
- Be the Expert : Educate customers on product features, installation guidelines, and accurate measurements to ensure flawless execution and satisfaction.
- Engage and Connect : Use your consultative sales skills to connect with builders, contractors, and designers, turning prospects into loyal partners.
- Lead with Service : Prioritize customer service and satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations by providing timely, accurate information and support.
- Achieve and Grow : Meet and exceed sales targets through a blend of relationship-building and strategic closing skills.
Who We’re Looking For :
Ideal candidates bring experience working with general contractors, architects, or homebuilders and at least 1 year of B2B sales experience. For this role, we are ideally seeking candidates who are located in or near Park City, Utah.
Work Environment :
This role blends remote work from your home office and in-field engagement with clients. Candidate must live in Park City and / or the surrounding area. You’ll need reliable transportation to connect with customers and attend appointments on a daily basis.
