Position Overview
The outside sales consultant is charged with developing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with builders, contractors, architects, trade organizations and consumer clients. The sales consultant is responsible for all practices and aspects pertaining to generating high-volume, profitable sales while achieving maximum market penetration. Special projects and other duties may be assigned based on business necessity.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities relating to customer relations, product sales, and striving for 100% customer satisfaction
- Actively represent Pella Windows & Doors amidst builders, trade associations, and events
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately create take-offs and quotes
- Continual prospecting for new Pella accounts
- Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Focus on profitable growth in sales
- Generate leads through various channels
- Collaborate with the team to meet tales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

- Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Demands

Primary work location will vary between office and customer sites. Travel throughout territory will be necessary for success in this job. Overnight travel may be required.
