POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Window and Door Showroom Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for their experience with Pella. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting showroom visitors, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key responsibilities include :

Answering and directing incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

Greeting customers and assisting them in navigating the showroom to explore window and door options.

Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including maintaining customer areas and restrooms.

Managing basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and keeping records organized.

Collaborating with the team to provide seamless service and support for all customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR WINDOW AND DOOR SHOWROOM RECEPTIONIST

This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment. We're looking for someone with :

Customer service experience

Attention to detail and self-motivation

Problem-solving and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Team player with excellent verbal and written skills

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
