What You’ll Do :
- Deliver Top-Tier Service : Diagnose and resolve performance and warranty issues with Pella windows and doors in both existing homes and new construction sites, ensuring that every product functions at its best.
- Prepare for Success : Keep your stock of products and parts well organized and ready for each service call to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships : Provide regular status updates to customers, sales personnel, and management, addressing questions, setting expectations, and overcoming obstacles with a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Physical Demands :
In this field-based role, you’ll be actively engaged, regularly standing, walking, climbing ladders, and performing hands-on tasks. You will need to lift up to 50 pounds and work at various heights to ensure our products are installed and functioning to the highest standards. Compensation : $26 - $34 per hour (reflecting your experience and expertise) Annual bonus

Schedule :
Primarily Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., with potential for overtime, evening, and weekend duties as needed. Schedule may vary at the Service Manager's discretion.

This role will have a high amount of field work with limited onsite presence (hybrid)
