Job Responsibilities:
· The main role of the inside sales representative is to secure new appointments and quotes from prospects in our market
· The position will require the candidate to make 50-75 outbound phone calls a day to contractors and architect prospects
· Responsible for quoting assistance, quote follow up, large job assistance/comparison bids, periodic field travel, product knowledge training, event marketing, and vendor show activities as needed
· This position will involve research activities and market analysis
· The candidate will need to use social media to promote and connect with prospects
· Accurately read, interpret, and takeoff blueprints in order to assist customers in acquiring and growing Contractor business.
· Maintains detailed, accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers using CRM salesforce
· Needs to have complete knowledge of all current products manufactured by Pella Corporation
Educational/Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, associate’s degree (A. A.) from a two-year college or technical school, industry experience, plus 1 to 3 years related sales experience.
· Inside sales experience a plus

· Ability to perform calculations
· Intermediate/advanced computer skills; calculator skills. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, the Internet

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
