Pella Windows & Doors by HORNE, a leading supplier of high performance windows and doors to the residential and commercial markets, is seeking an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our Traverse City Experience Center.
Our successful candidate will be a passionately COMPETITIVE and OUTGOING individual, who works with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS.
Primary Responsibilities of this position include:
1. Meeting Customers and Prospective Customers in our State of the Art Showroom, learning about their window and door needs and desires, and ENTHUSIASTICALLY explaining how our Pella Products can meet their needs.
2. TELEPHONE OUTREACH to PROSPECTIVE HOME BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS, with the goal of setting appointments for PELLA’S OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES.
3. Various daily tasks including SCHEDULING PRODUCT DELIVERIES.
4. Assisting our OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES in planning and executing CUSTOMER EVENTS IN OUR SHOWROOM.

Qualifications
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales and telemarketing
- Experience in negotiation and technical sales
- Familiarity with business development and outbound calling techniques
- Ability to effectively engage in warm calling and marketing initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
