ABOUT THIS ROLE
You normally work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
As a Service Coordinator - Customer Service Rep, you help keep our office running smoothly and make it easy for clients to book services with our talented team. With an upbeat attitude, you answer phone calls from customers, speak with them about their needs, and schedule service appointments. You answer questions and provide quotes and estimates as requested. Supporting seamless operations, you efficiently dispatch technicians to jobs based on their location and skill set. You also order parts and tackle other clerical tasks as needed, making a massive difference for our company and customers!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
