We are seeking talented, reliable and driven Field Specialist for quality installation of our world class products in the Green Bay/Wausau area. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to our customers.
## Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform order verifications
- Ability to conduct accurate and precise measurements on all replacement windows and doors
- Handle all appointments & necessary paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Analyze technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
## Requirements
- Strong communication skills for outbound calling and interacting with customers
- Prior experience in construction is beneficial
- Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
