Job Title: Land Operations Associate Reports to: Land Operations Lead
Position Prerequisites:
- Must be able to deal correctly with cash transactions and other accounting-type work.
- Customer service and contact are a must.
- Ability to work with guests in all areas, with a positive approach.
- Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work as a team. Purpose: Direct customers and answer questions pertaining to the resort and moorage.
Major Duties:
- Assist Guests with Parking Directions and Instruction.
- Transport Guests around the Resort.
- Assist with Emergency Vehicles on Property
- Greet all guests as they enter the Resort.
- Accept payment for park and launch passes.
- Manage Parking Permits and Access to the Resort
- Ensure sanitation of Entrance booth.
- Stock booth with all appropriate supplies
- Each employee is required to know all register procedures.
- Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.
- It is each cashier’s responsibility to maintain a working knowledge of merchandise, boats, and services available.
- Adhere to safety policies.
- Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.
- Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).
- Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.
General:
- Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.
- Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.
- Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by Guest Relations Director
- Material handling: stooping, bending, lifting an average of 30 pounds will be part of some job requirements.
