Peloton Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPBCS Technical Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) Team. This role is focused on production support and minor enhancements, rather than full-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-first mindset. Additional experience with FCCS, ARCS, EDM, or EPCM is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day production support for Peloton’s AMS clients, ensuring stability and optimal performance of their Oracle EPBCS environments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including data loads, calculations, reports, and integrations. Implement minor enhancements, such as updating business rules, reports, forms, and automation scripts based on client needs. Ensure tickets are properly documented, updated, and resolved within SLAs, following Peloton’s global Dispatcher model and best practices. Maintain and optimize EPM Automate scripts, Smart View reports, and Data Management (FDMEE) integrations to improve client performance. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure process consistency and align with Peloton’s One Peloton approach. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in Oracle EPBCS support, administration, or minor enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Planning, Forecasting, and Data Integration processes.
• Hands-on experience with business rules, calculation scripts, forms, reports, and automation (EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Management).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Experience working in a Managed Services or Production Support environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Peloton’s ticketing system and timekeeping best practices is a plus.
• Additional experience in Oracle FCCS, ARCS, EDM, or EPCM is a huge plus.
