ABOUT THE ROLE


Peloton is looking for an Insights Analyst on our Consumer Strategy & Insights team to be at the heart of our mission to translate data-driven insights into strategic business decisions. This person will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the Marketing, Product and Content teams to develop actionable insights that drive our business forward. From managing long-term insights programs to executing qualitative and quantitative research studies, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping our understanding of our consumers and members. 


YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON



  • Lead long-term insights programs such as Peloton’s Voice of the Member (NPS) program and our Brand Tracker (including awareness, purchase interest, brand perceptions)

  • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies from start to finish, including recruiting, questionnaire development, programming, testing surveys, analyzing results, and producing final reports

  • Build and manage research projects using self-serve platforms like Qualtrics and dscout and internal reporting tools such as Looker

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights into decision-making processes

  • Synthesize primary and secondary data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of consumer trends and preferences

  • Identify competitive market trends and customer insights, translating them into actionable strategies

  • Present findings and recommendations to a wide array of cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and strategic manner


YOU BRING TO PELOTON



  • 2 years of relevant work experience in market research, consumer insights, or management consulting

  • Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex data sets and drawing actionable insights

  • Curiosity with a relentless drive to uncover the 'why' behind the data

  • Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for consumer behavior, market research, and health & wellness

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks on tight timelines

  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Excel and PowerPoint (with the ability to translate skills to Google Suite)

  • Knowledge of, and comfort level with, Qualtrics and Looker is preferred
