About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing engineering operations. This role will focus on optimizing production processes, managing engineering projects, and ensuring product quality and efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
7 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing roles.
3 years in a leadership position (preferred).
Proven experience in leading engineering projects with measurable outcomes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and CAD systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
