Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for contractors.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, phone calls, addressing warranty concerns, and assisting with scheduling needs.
- Maintain accurate files and notes in compliance with management standards.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, vendors and staff.
- Assist in the administrative support functions as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to enhance communication with contractors from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to file and manage documents efficiently.
