We are looking for an Automotive Service : Video Coordinator! We are looking for individuals who can think on their feet and communicate effectively. This position is a customer serviced based role. The goal for this position is to communicate the results of Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) to customers via video. The right candidate will have a strong background in customer service, communication and video coordinating. The day-to-day duties of this role include gathering a report of the Multi-Point Inspection from technicians, then communicate the vehicles "symptoms" to customers.
