What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at PEM Law LLP?

You won’t be buried in document review or stuck in the background. You’ll be in the trenches—drafting motions, researching novel legal issues, meeting stakeholders, arguing in court, taking and defending depositions, and developing the strategic plans for high-stakes cases. You’ll work directly with seasoned lawyers who will teach you how to master the courtroom, think on your feet, and advocate fearlessly for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience (judicial clerkship experience a plus).
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to take initiative.
- Admission to New Jersey State Bar. Admission to NY, CT and/or PA is a plus.
What we offer:
PEM Law offers health, dental and vision benefits, as well as eligibility for the firm’s 401k plan. The salary range is between 100,000-160,000, depending on experience.
