About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in The Mark, TX. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of our real estate portfolio. Your main objective will be to maximize the value of our assets through effective management and strategic planning. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our tenants. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing capital plans, loss mitigation strategies, and lease agreements.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in asset management and property management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
