About the Role :
As the HR Director at our Real Estate and Rental and Leasing company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR department to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all HR functions. You will be expected to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and retention of top talent, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
