About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lease Consultant to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. As a Lease Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that all leasing transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Your main goal will be to maintain high occupancy rates and maximize revenue for our property. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all leasing policies and procedures are followed in accordance with state and federal laws.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in leasing or sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or Rent Manager
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and available units
