About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of service technicians, manage schedules, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive and that our service department operates smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a service department or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a service department or related field
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
- Experience with service management software
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service they receive
- Manage schedules and allocate resources to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and on time
- Ensure that all service department operations comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service department
Skills:
As a Service Supervisor, you will need to have strong leadership and management skills to effectively manage a team of service technicians. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. In addition, you will need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, as well as have a strong understanding of service department operations and relevant industry regulations.
