About the Role:
As a Service Supervisor in our Real Estate and Rental and Leasing industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service team at Bellary Flats, SC. Your main objective will be to ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the go-to person for any service-related issues and will work closely with the management team to ensure that our service standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Rental and Leasing industry
- Knowledge of property management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
