About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently, and to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for writing routine reports and correspondence to keep management informed of any issues or concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Experience with power tools and equipment
