About the Role :

The Vice President of Capital Markets will be responsible for overseeing and managing designated capital market activities for PEM. This strategic role will focus on raising capital from RIA’s and other investor sources. The candidate will have a vast network of relationships with RIA’s, while working with PEM’s MBD to ensure fundraising is completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in capital markets, investment strategies, and relationship management with investors and financial institutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

FINRA licenses : SIE, series 7 and 63, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or real estate finance, with a proven track record of successful fundraising.

Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and investor relations.

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities :

Capital Market Strategy :

Develop and execute the capital markets strategy to support the company’s growth objectives and funding requirements.

Leverage a robust network of relationships with RIAs, and other investor groups, collaborating with MBD to ensure compliance with applicable fundraising rules and regulations.

Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate funding for investment opportunities.

Prepare and present financial reports, capital market updates, and investment proposals to the PEM executive team.

Investor Relations :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.

Assist in the preparation of investor collateral materials, including presentations, offering memorandums, and due diligence documentation.

Market Research and Trends :

Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact capital markets and investment strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations to the PEM executive team regarding market conditions and strategic opportunities.

Additional Duties :

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Driving continuous improvement through enhanced standardization of processes and practices.
