Job Description:
- Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
- Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
- Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
- Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
- Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses, and obtain expert reports and affidavits.
- Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:
- An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar. A license to also practice law in Minnesota is preferred but not required.
- Ideally 2 years of litigation experience (motor vehicle/automobile liability preferred)
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Ability to manage our new Eau Claire office
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $180,000 a year based upon experience.
