We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies to promote our firm’s services, enhance our brand, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
· Manage and oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and advertising campaigns.
· Coordinate and mange events to increase brand visibility and support firm objectives.
· Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audiences and develop compelling messaging.
· Monitor marketing analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive.
· Track performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Supervise direct reports and manage marketing team operations.
· Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a law firm or legal services industry.
· Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal marketing strategies.
· Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, etc.)
· Excellent writing, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
· Creative and innovative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
