Compensation:

• $60,000 - $180,000 a year based upon experience.

• The position can be in-office or hybrid in our Eau Claire, WI office.

$60,000 - $180,000 yearly

• Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, from signing up new clients to settlement.
• Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
• Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery.
• Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
• Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
• Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses, and obtain expert reports and affidavits.
• Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

• An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar. A license to also practice law in Minnesota is preferred but not required
• Ideally 2 years of litigation experience (motor vehicle/automobile liability preferred)
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Ability to manage our new Eau Claire office
• Compassion and empathy for clients
