Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients / residents to collect data, observe their conditions, and report any changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and contribute to comprehensive care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure quality and safety.
