We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join the team as an Assistant Manager.
Assistant Managers support the General Manager in establishing a standard of excellence and continuously developing the team toward success. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, preferably in a quick-service restaurant. They should have excellent communication skills, exhibit professionalism, and maintain a positive outlook.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting, hiring, and training of new team members.
- Assist in creating sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Help maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Analyze and forecast sales data and trends to support business and staffing needs.
- Perform and assist with weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience required, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
- This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
- This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
