About the Role
General Managers set the tone for operational excellence and team success. The ideal candidate brings proven management experience (preferably in quick-service), strong communication skills, and a hands-on, people-first leadership style. A positive attitude and dedication to developing others are essential.
General Managers typically work five 10-hour shifts or six 8-hour shifts per week (48–50 hours), depending on operational needs. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and reliable transportation are required.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, hire, and train new crew members
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, positive store culture
- Maintain labor goals, food cost targets, and brand quality standards
- Analyze sales and staffing trends to optimize operations
- Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and product ordering

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of management experience with a national QSR brand
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physically able to perform hands-on duties for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
