QSR Assistant Manager – Build, Train, and Grow

Are you a motivated leader who excels in supporting teams and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced food service environment? We’re looking for a QSR Assistant Manager who will help train, support, and guide a team to success while assisting in the day-to-day restaurant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in leading and training a team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and food preparation
• Help manage labor budgets, food costs, and staffing levels to meet operational needs
• Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations, maintaining food safety and brand standards
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales data, adjusting staffing and operational procedures as needed
• Help with administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, inventory counts, and product ordering
• Step in as needed to support the team during busy shifts and ensure seamless service

What You Bring

• 1 years of management or supervisory experience in a QSR or fast-food environment
• Strong team support and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
