Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Maximize Performance: Implement sales programs, manage budgets, and meet food cost targets to boost revenue.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and brand standards.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales trends to adjust staffing and improve store performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 Year of Management Experience: Preferably in a QSR or fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Lead by example and foster a positive, professional atmosphere.
- Operational Knowledge: Understand sales forecasting, budgeting, and team management.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of management experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.
