Responsibilities
Greet guests, providing them with menus
Take and accurately record food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high quality and accuracy
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Collaborate with kitchen to ensure timely and efficient service
Upsell additional items when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Process payments and operate the POS system accurately
Work with others to keep up with dishwashing duties.
Perform cleaning and stocking tasks according to the listed side-work chart
Perform weekly light cleaning tasks as listed on the side-work chart
Assist cashier answering the phone, and helping customers at the front counter when needed
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service and restaurant setting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Ability to handle high volume of tables while keeping a positive and professional attitude
Strong knowledge of menu items and willingness to learn and adapt
Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certification in food handling and safety is a plus
