What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Manager position at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital?
Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems is hiring a full-time Dietary Manager to work at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti. The Dietary Manager is responsible for preparation and distribution of resident meals, as well as the preparation and serving of employee and visitor meals in the cafeteria. The Dietary Manager is also responsible for proper control of the kitchen, and for personnel supervision and maintaining sanitation standard requirements at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Familiar with basic principles of management as related to qualify food service standards, and sanitation. Have completed, or will be willing to complete, a dietary manager's course acceptable to the hospital.
- Experience: 2years experience management/supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Certified Dietary Manager
- ServSafe Certification
