The starting salary for this role starts at $72,900-$82,100 per year.
About the role:
Responsible for leading a team of Consumer Loan Servicing Specialists and managing the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Loan Servicing department. Dedicated to the servicing of all loans in the consumer loan portfolio, including direct and indirect vehicle loans, personal loans, and credit cards. Additionally, oversees the administration of all loan systems in the Consumer Lending department, including the Consumer Loan Origination System.
Participates in strategic management and planning initiatives to support the credit union’s growth objectives. Reviews all relevant data to ensure consumer loan servicing processes operate efficiently while meeting all compliance requirements. Identifies opportunities to improve productivity, enhance loan systems, and foster employee development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- Education/Certifications/Licenses: A bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Other Skills: Must have the ability to critically think through potential solutions and have thorough knowledge of consumer lending practices, procedures, services. Strong leadership, attention to detail, time management, and able to apply good judgment and discretion are also required.
