The pay for this role is $18 per hour.
Ability to work from home after completing the training period. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
About the role:
Dedicated to enhancing the financial success of members by providing products and solutions, exceptional member service, performing transactions, and resolving member questions and concerns via video interaction. Responsible for assisting members with account questions and making referrals to business partners.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promptly and accurately handles member transactions including withdrawals, deposits, payments, and other member requests while actively educating and providing product guidance to members. Assist members in the servicing of their account by answering questions.
- Uncovers existing and potential members’ needs and recommend solutions to improve their financial well using a sales through service consultative approach. Recognizes opportunities and refers members to internal business partners for specialized services including investments, mortgage, or commercial lending.
- Performs department specific functions as needed, including but not limited to using document processing, balancing, opening/closing the department, troubleshooting machines.
- Ensures the accurate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
- Performs other job-related duties required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Education/Certifications/Licenses: A high school degree or equivalent
- Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
- Other Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to use multiple applications on a computer simultaneously, willingness to learn, strong member focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal.
