Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney

About the Role:

Pen Pioneer is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal practice specializing in personal injury claims. This role focuses on handling pre-litigation cases, primarily motor vehicle accidents, with additional exposure to premises liability and other personal injury matters.

This is a remote opportunity, but applicants must hold a valid bar license and be in good standing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases, with a primary focus on motor vehicle accidents.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships throughout the legal process.
• Conduct case evaluations, gather medical records, evidence, and expert witness reports to build strong claims.
• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation for clients.
• Collaborate with litigation teams when cases proceed to trial.
• Stay up-to-date on personal injury laws and regulations to provide expert legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Valid bar license and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and insurance negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 base salary (DOE)
• Commission Structure: Transition to 100% commission-based compensation after the first year
