Position Title : Senior Program Manager – Water / Wastewater Design
Salary Range :
150,000 - $225,000 annually, based on experience, licensure, and demonstrated expertise.
Position Summary :
The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, development, and design of water and wastewater projects for municipal clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management acumen, and leadership skills to ensure project success. The candidate will be responsible for managing project tasks, budgets, schedules, and teams, while serving as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team. A strong focus will be placed on leveraging hydraulic modeling, GIS, and CADD applications to support project objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of water and wastewater projects for municipal clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance on water / wastewater design, hydraulic modeling, and project planning.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary client contact, facilitating progress meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication to foster strong relationships.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring quality control, technical excellence, and adherence to best practices.
- Integrate GIS, CADD, and hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., EPA SWMM, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, or SewerCAD) into project workflows to optimize outcomes.
