Responsibilities :
Job Title : Production Clerk
Shift : Day Shift
Department : Electrode - Administration
Summary :
The Production Clerk provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activities. The individual maintains files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation. The Clerk should have tasks requiring skills and knowledge found in the materials functions.
What You'll Do :
- Updates and maintains department Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Quality documents
- Experience with ISO document procedures
- Works with department supervisors and hourly staff to ensure that hourly employee working time is recorded accurately
- Records production data, including daily production, scrap, and defects
- Handles daily requisitions and maintains production supply inventory
- Distributes production schedules and work orders to departments
- Completes and updates production and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) charts daily
