Description
The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to users for various software applications. This role collaborates with the IT team and external vendors to ensure a high level of performance and reliability for all users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The following duties are representative of the

- Identify and document application issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application / software issues, performing root cause analysis for recurring problems.
- Manage and maintain user access to software.
- Act as a liaison between IT, business partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT staff on enhancements, changes, and training.
- Conduct application testing, support client testing, and summarize test data.
- Assist in developing and testing new software features.
- Create reports, dashboards, and workflows for software applications.
- Stay updated on application modifications and enhancements through release notes.
- Work closely with IT staff and service providers in a team environment.
- Drive improvements in application support processes.
- Manage support tickets through resolution.
- Be available for occasional night and weekend work.
