Job Title: Sales Representative
Pencor Services, a leading provider of high-performance solutions for data, internet, voice, and IT services, seeks an experienced sales professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through phone, email, and face-to-face encounters.
- Create new sales opportunities and introduce our expanded service portfolio to existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and provide projections based on a sales funnel.
- Document milestones in our CRM and prepare quotes and contracts for in-person presentations.
- Work closely with other departments to provide the best solution to meet customer needs.
- Build relationships with Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development groups, and community-centered organizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- BA/BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Residency in Pennsylvania and ability to come into the Palmerton office as required.
- Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record.
- Previous experience in Sales.
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications Field.
- Familiarity with the Berks County and surrounding area.
- Good working knowledge of desktop computer applications.
- Good working knowledge of networking and using the internet.
- Understanding of technology behind Wi-Fi, routers, and switches recommended.
- Understanding of telephony technology including SIP, POTS, PRI, and hosted voice solutions recommended.
- Understanding of Ethernet networking and WAN recommended.
- Exceptional lead generation skills (cold calling, canvassing, networking).
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and project strategy skills.
