*Next paid training class is expected to start on March 24, 2024 and will be conducted Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM for approximately 5-weeks.
Adams Cable Service is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers over the phone
- Troubleshooting internet, phone and cable television problems and equipment
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year previous Customer Service Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Programs and Outlook
- Excellent Communications Skills – Oral and Written
- Ability to learn billing software and applications
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to perform duties while adhering to company policies and procedures
