Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customer and inter-department relations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering telephones and customer emails
- Scheduling and dispatching ITS Technicians
- Processing sales leads in Salesforce from new through to completion
- Managing department inventory, receiving shipments and allocating parts to technicians
- Sending service quotes and processing contracts with customers
- Invoicing completed work orders and processing refunds as needed
- Corresponding to customers in reference to issues
- Communicating with business Partners in reference to accounts
- Working with other PenTeleData departments to resolve customer issues
- Handing Billing questions
- Making courtesy calls to customers
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous experience using Salesforce preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs; Outlook Email, Word and Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and written
- Excellent Data Entry Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to answer phones and customer emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an effective and professional manner
