Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing phone calls, and responding to emails.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Assist with office supply inventory management and ordering.
Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations. Requirements :
1 years of administrative experience required
High School diploma required
Wworking knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently.
