The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record in recruiting. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company in collaboration with internal departments / teams
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities centered on PAI staffing industry solutions / initiatives within and around government, private, and non-profit industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, PAI active clients, and community stakeholders.
- Effectively lead internal and external presentations and communications when needed, such as internal warm handoffs, prospective sales, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and promote viable talent in marketing to prospective and active clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
