Salary : $86,352K-103,622K plus $15,000 Sign-on Bonus or Student Loans Assistance, paid over the course of 3 years

Responsibilities :
Our client’s Home Care division provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

You will schedule independent home visits to screen and treat your patients and continually reevaluate and document their progress
You will have a rare degree of flexibility to spend the time you need with each patient Requirements :
Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institute of learning
Registered and licensed as an OT in NYS
Minimum of one-year experience in providing therapy treatments in a health care setting
Home Care experience highly preferred
Valid Driver License and Car
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin) a plus! Submit your resume today!
