Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with toileting, bathing, and feeding.
• Acting as a safety companion for patients requiring additional monitoring.
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Adapting to patients' changing needs and responding with compassion and professionalism.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Upholding ethical principles and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State CNA certification (required).
• Ability to obtain or renew CPR certification.
• At least one year of patient care experience.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance.
